The revolt of Tirn Aill & Hiro UsudaTirn Aill translates to “Otherworld” or “Fairy World” of Celtic mythology. It is the name of an art gallery by illustrator Hiro Usuda. Some of these paintings appears in Silent Hill 3 (in the bookstore, see texture below). Usuda is a Japanese illustrator and worked for Konami until 2006. She has contributed to environments, model and textures for Silent Hill 3 and Silent Hill 4, as well as two Metal Gear Solid titles. She posted on Facebook that Masahiro Ito was her superior while working on the Silent Hill series.    Below: a drawing of Robbie made by Usuda.  |
